SMARTIE: Secure and sMArter ciTIes data management
The SMARTIE project works on the security, privacy and reliability of the data exchange between devices such as Internet of the Things and the information consumers. The project results will be obtained from smart cities of Germany, Serbia and Spain.
The project vision is to create a distributed framework to share large volumes of heterogeneous information for its implementation in smart cities, allowing a secure and trustworthy information exchange with the purpose of making decision taking into account the requirements of the owner privacy. This project will benefit administrators of the city that will be able to obtain information from their citizens in an easiest way but also ensuring that the privacy is protected.
